ORAL PRESENTATIONS
The authors of oral presentations can decide whether they will present work in English or Serbian language.
The oral presentation should be sent as a video file (TITLE.m4v or TITLE.mp4).
The presentations should be made in Power Point or Keynote, and recorded.
The duration of the video should be between 7 and 10 minutes.
The recording instructions:
- Power point – in the Main menu select Slide Show > Record Slide Show, and then record the voice adequate for the slides, by talking to the microphone integrated to the web cam or laptop.
- Keynote – in the Main menu select Play > Record Slide Show, and then record the voice adequate for the slides, by talking to the microphone integrated to the web cam or laptop.
The exporting instructions:
- Power point – File > Export > Create a video/File Format (MP4). The recommended resolution is W 1920, H 1080. The option Use Recorded Timings and Narrations should be ON. Then click SAVE.
- Keynote – File > Export to > Movie. The recommended resolution is 1080p. The option Slideshow Recording should be chosen in Playback. Then click NEXT and EXPORT.
POSTERS
All Posters should be prepared in English.
The posters should be sent as one page .pdf or .jpeg file (resolution 1920×1080).
The posters can be made in Power Point or Keynote and exported, or in Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc.
The posters should be prepared in LANDSCAPE orientation, slide size – widescreen (16:9), minimal resolution W 1920 x H1080 pixels in PDF or JPEG format. The whole poster must be presented on one page. The document as well as all graphics used in the poster must be at least 300dpi. Minimal font size should be 12pt. Condensed blocks of text should be avoided. It is recommended not to use too many words on the poster (max 700).
Each poster should have key information:
- Title
- Authors names, affiliations and country
- Introduction, aim, results and conclusion sections
- No conflict of interest statement
